She had a talk with the director and eventually bagged the role of Bhavani, the youngest daughter of Delhi Kumar’s character in the serial. She recalls how she flawlessly delivered her dialogue on the first day of the shoot and the director praised and advised her to maintain that action. In 2003, Revathi bagged the role of Sumathi, the niece of Devayani who later became a psychic patient, on Sun TV’s prime time television serial, Kolangal. In 2007, she played the role of Keerthana in the Tamil family drama soap, Megala. In the same year, she appeared in Nimmadhi serial and also played as the second daughter in the mega serial, Paasam.
